Company usage
Aggregate daily requests, not unique people. No IP addresses, email addresses, browsing history or destination URLs are collected by this counter. Buckets below five requests are hidden; retention is 90 days.
Tracking is off by default. Your IT administrator can enable CORPORATE_ANALYTICS=1 in the service configuration. Head requests are excluded. These buffered counters are operational estimates and may lose unflushed requests during a crash.
Audit log
Every directory edit records an actor, request ID, sequence and integrity chain. Destinations and tokens are excluded from audit events.
Updates & backups
Back up your directory
Export company configuration and audit history before upgrading. The file contains private destinations. Store it securely.
Move between hosted and self-hosted
Portable exports include aliases, destinations and enabled states. They never include administrator tokens or audit keys. Store exports securely.
Import merges matching aliases and leaves unrelated aliases in place. Confirm the source and destination company before applying.
Secrets are not included. Retain your audit key separately to validate restored records.
Restore a verified backup
Choose a backup from this company installation. Preview changes before restoring. Newer audit history is retained and the restore is recorded.
How to update this installation
- Back up the directory and retain your existing secret configuration.
- Download and verify the new version. Read its compatibility and migration notes.
- Stop this service, keep the data folder, replace application files and restart.
- Check health, admin access and a known company alias. Retain the previous application and matching data backup for rollback.
